Who we are

FitwithPari (“FitwithPari”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an online strength-training and mobility programme for women 40+, operated from India by the FitwithPari founding team. You can reach us at support@fitwithpari.com for any privacy question or request described below.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the programme and answer you:

  • Information you give us — name, email, phone number, age range, health and fitness goals, and anything you write into our enquiry, assessment, or invite forms.
  • Usage data — pages you view, links you click, and basic device information (browser, operating system, approximate location based on IP). We use this to understand which parts of the site help women find us and which don’t.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device that help the site work and help us measure traffic. See Cookies below.

How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries and onboard you into the programme.
  • To deliver classes, coach matching, and member communication.
  • To improve the website and the programme — what works, what doesn’t, where members get stuck.
  • To send programme-related updates by email or WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations in India.

Who we share data with

We don’t sell your data. We share only with vendors that help us run the service:

  • Hosting and infrastructure — Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region where possible.
  • Analytics — Meta Pixel, on the homepage and funnel, to measure traffic from Facebook and Instagram ads. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics such as Plausible on newer pages. We also use Microsoft Clarity for product analytics, heatmaps, and session replay to understand how pages are used and where our content is cited by AI answer engines; Clarity masks form fields and personal details by default, so it does not record what you type.
  • Payments — Razorpay, when you check out into the paid programme on tribe.fit.
  • Communication — email and WhatsApp Business providers, only to send you messages tied to your enrolment or enquiry.

We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our members and team.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiry data is typically kept for up to 24 months. Member records are kept for the duration of your membership plus the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (currently up to 8 years). Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) gives you the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct, complete, or update your data.
  • Ask us to erase your data, where we are no longer legally required to keep it.
  • Withdraw a consent you previously gave.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
  • File a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below).

To exercise any of these rights, email support@fitwithpari.com with the subject line “DPDP request”. We will respond within the timelines required by law.

Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, please first write to our Grievance Officer at support@fitwithpari.com (subject: “Grievance”). We will acknowledge within 7 days and respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and traffic measurement (Meta Pixel; Plausible on newer routes). We do not yet show a cookie consent banner. If you’d like to opt out today, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings or use a tracker-blocking extension. We expect to add a consent banner as part of upcoming work.

Children

FitwithPari is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please write to support@fitwithpari.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the programme evolves or the law changes. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, also notify members by email.
