About these terms

These terms govern your use of the FitwithPari website and our live online classes (the “Service”). By using the Service or enrolling in the programme, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

“FitwithPari”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means the FitwithPari founding team operating from India. You can reach us at support@fitwithpari.com.

What we offer

FitwithPari is a live, coach-led online strength-training and mobility programme for women 40+. Classes run on video conferencing tools and are taught by qualified coaches. We also publish written content, member stories, and assessment tools on the website.

Account and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to enrol or create an account.
• You agree to give us accurate information (name, contact details, relevant health information) and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Please tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.

Health disclaimer

We are a fitness programme, not a medical service. Before starting any new exercise programme, please consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you have an existing health condition, injury, are pregnant, or are recovering from one. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for stopping any movement that causes pain.

Payments

Programme fees and any add-ons are presented at checkout on tribe.fit. Payments are processed by Razorpay under Razorpay’s terms; your card and banking details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us. Taxes apply as required by Indian law.

Refunds and cancellation

We want members who are here because the programme works for them. If FitwithPari isn’t the right fit, write to support@fitwithpari.com within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will process a full refund, no questions beyond a brief reason so we can improve.

After 7 days, refunds for unused portions of an active membership are considered case-by-case (for example: medical reasons, relocation, or a service issue on our side). Reach out and we’ll do the right thing.

You can cancel a recurring membership at any time by writing to support@fitwithpari.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless covered by the policy above.

How you can use the Service

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Share access to a paid class or recording with non-members.
• Record, reproduce, redistribute, or resell our class content, coaching materials, or member-only resources.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against coaches, members, or staff. We run a tribe; please treat it as one.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Intellectual property

All FitwithPari content — including class structure, written material, photographs, videos, and the FitwithPari name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use. Anything more (republication, derivative work, commercial use) needs our written permission.

If you submit testimonials, photographs, or feedback, you give us permission to use them to promote the programme. You can ask us to take down your contribution at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these terms, behave in a way that harms other members or coaches, or for any other reason we consider necessary to protect the programme. Where possible, we’ll tell you first. You can end your membership at any time as described under Refunds and cancellation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitwithPari is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the programme evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, also notify members by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before going to court, please write to us — most things we can sort out by email.
