You don’t need another workout plan.

You need to keep showing up.

Plans are not the hard part. Week three is — when the excitement fades, nobody notices whether you came, and skipping costs nothing.

So we built the part that keeps you coming: live classes with women coaches, a Tribe that knows your name, and one promise you make out loud.

173women have already made their August promise

Real women. Real promises.

In Jan, I remember telling my friend that my body form is so poor that even my aunt is stronger than me! Aaj lag raha hai I’m getting there… inching slowly, but firmly in the right direction. So grateful to have the most amazingly perfect coach in you.

The best compliment was when my lil one came up after a session and said… “Amma u look nice actually and happier.” Thank u d entire team of mentors nd d tribe itself. It’s not only making us fit physically — so much more mentally nd emotionally too.

With just 5 hours of sleep and work stress, I was feeling so low to join the session today. But thank you @Paridhi for helping us grow. Growing stronger everyday!

Mom strength!! Carried my son all the way uphill without a single break — the strength training is showing up everywhere in my life now.

  4. See progressYour count, and the Tribe’s, updates as the days go by.
  5. Keep your promiseHit your number and you are a Promise Keeper.
  6. Earn the medalYou cannot buy it. You earn it.

What you actually get

30-minute Show-Up Sessions

Built for consistency, not perfection. Short enough that a hard day is still a day you showed up.

Selected full-length Tribe workouts

Some of the regular Tribe sessions are open to challengers while we add more Challenge slots.

More 30-minute slots being added

We are still expanding the Challenge timetable. This is a transition period and we would rather say so.

Your Challenge begins with Pari

Your first step is a live orientation with Pari, FitwithPari’s founder and head coach. She will help you understand:

  • how the Challenge works
  • how to choose your promise
  • how to choose classes
  • what happens if you miss a day
  • how to get back on track
  • how the Tribe helps you keep going

Promise kept.

Medal earned.

You can’t buy it. You earn it.

Questions women ask

What counts as a Show-Up?
Attending a live class. One show-up is credited per day you attend — so a day you turned up is a day that counts, whatever else happened.
Do the workouts need to be consecutive?
No. Your promise is a number of days, not a streak. Miss Tuesday, show up Wednesday, and Wednesday still counts.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks. You have the whole cohort to reach your number, and the women who finish are almost never the women who never missed.
Can I attend more than one class in a day?
Yes, and plenty do. It still counts as one show-up — the promise is about turning up, not about volume.
What if I finish my promise early?
You are a Promise Keeper the moment you hit your number, and your medal is earned. Most women keep showing up anyway; that is rather the point.
What types of classes are included?
The 30-minute Show-Up Sessions, plus selected full-length Tribe workouts. We are adding more Challenge slots through the cohort.
Can beginners join?
Yes. Your Challenge begins with a live orientation with Pari, and every class is coached with modifications called out as you go.
What happens after the Challenge?
You keep your medal and your record. Some women join the Tribe as members, some come back for the next cohort, and some bring a friend with them.

This cohort is under way

August Show-Up Challenge is closed to new promises, but the women in it are showing up right now.
